We use a select number of local accommodation service providers to secure the bookings and ensure that you have an enjoyable stay. The general standard of accommodation varies somewhat between the locations, but in general we stay at 2-3 star B&Bs and hostels with a shared twin set-up. You will have access to bike cleaning and maintenance equipment on a daily basis and during our longer tours (>5 riding days) we can also arrange laundry service.
Under normal circumstances we always keep the group together in one place of accommodation. However, we reserve the right to book people into alternate accommodation should an extraordinary situation present itself.

Our tours do NOT include insurance cover for you or your equipment. We strongly recommend that you organise your own sport/adventure travel insurance prior to departing your place of residence. If you are from a European Union country, we also recommend that you organise a European Health Insurance Card (https://ec.europa.eu/social/main.jsp?catId=559&langId=en)Your safety and well-being is our priority, and we will look after you to the best of our ability, but you are participating in all activities at your own risk and at the beginning of the tour we will ask you to sign a document stating this fact. Yolo Velo does not assume any liability for injury or worse to riders, or loss/damage to any equipment or personal belongings.

Prior to making the booking and payment, you will be asked to read and agree to our Terms and Conditions. Information related to booking/cancellation/change policies, various responsibilities, age limits, privacy policy etc. are all detailed there. Please contact us if you have any questions or need further clarification on any specific aspect of these Terms and Conditions.

We have completed a risk management process to identify, analyse and treat all relevant risks as far as reasonably practicable. However, cycling in nature and on roads that we share with other road users includes a certain level of risk. We therefore ask you to respect and adhere to any instructions that are given to you by the guides. We have implemented a number of controls to treat the risks as effectively as practicable, but we ask you kindly to constantly be aware of your surroundings to identify and manage any potential risks that might have an impact on you, any of your fellow riders or third parties.

Unfortunately, we have no control over the weather. We will endeavor to ride in all weather conditions, but we reserve the right to adjust the plan as required by, for example, delaying, rerouting or cancelling the day’s ride to manage the risks accordingly.

Please contact us if you have any further questions, we are more than happy to answer any queries you may have.
